1. The Essence of Shizen Hado Ho

Like the sun radiates its warmth equally on everything around it, all humans have been bestowed with a love that radiates equally to all things around them. When we nurture this love and strive for its growth, we feel our love getting bigger and bigger, and we can touch our natural self that has always been deep inside of us but stayed unperceived. With this natural self, the micro universe within ourselves is connected to the mind of the infinite universe surrounding us.

In order to be able to touch the natural self inside of us, first we need to love ourselves, people, nature and things as they exist now. We also need to love our own mind-spiritual self ? as well our physical body surrounding it. Once we touch our natural self, we become able to live peacefully, both spiritually and physically.

In the infinite universe surrounding us, there exists a mind with energy, filling and flowing through it.
